Professional Development Plan for Teachers

Rationale/Reflection of previous practice: During last semester, my MST & MCT commented on my teaching, they asked me to work on
two different areas. The first area development was Classroom Management because some students were talking during the lesson. The
second area of development that I have to work on is Differentiate between the activities because some activates were too simple and
other were difficult for some children. So, that’s why I will work hard on developing these two areas. Even until now I remember When
my MCT was observing the activities, she said: “Recognize the level to which each learner is achieving”. I get upset when she says that,
but It give me the courage for the next lesson, I will make sure to differentiate more challenging activities with my MST guide.
