PDP Professional Development Plan

Take some time to read through your MST/MCT report from last semester. Highlight
(or take notes) on comments which identify points of development. Choose one or
two which you feel are especially important and write them in the table. Then decide
which competency it is, what you want to achieve in this area this semester and
finally note how you will achieve this.

MCT/ MST
recommendation My MST recommendation is my time management in the classroom.
Goal Improve my time management.

Action Points When I do the activity my time management was not organized,
because many of my students didn’t finish their activities on time
whereas others finished them very fast.

MCT/ MST
recommendation My MCT tell me that I need to give my students clear instructions and
model the activities for them before they move to the learning centers.
Goal
Giving that students clear instructions.
Action Points
when the students went to the centers, they don’t know what they should
do for the activities so that make me and the students confused.
