JOINT MOTION TO RENDER JUDGMENT


BASED ON COMPROMISE
COME NOW, the Plaintiffs, through the undersigned counsel Atty.
Wilmer Q. Donasco, and Defendant, through his counsel Lagamon and
Associates Law Office, and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully
state, that:

After series of negotiations, the parties have decided to arrive into


an amicable settlement of the instant case by way of a Compromise
Agreement signed and executed by the parties. Copy of the said
Compromise Agreement is attached and made integral part hereof.

In this regard, parties respectfully move the said Compromise


Agreement be approved by this Honorable Court.
