AFFIDAVIT.
I, YAHYA HASSAN YUSSUF, of post office Box 64667-00620, Nairobi within republic of
Kenya do hereby make Oaths and state as follows:-

1. THAT I am a male adult holder of National Identification Card Number


22427682, of sound mind, hence capable to swear this affidavit.

2. THAT I shall be holding 43 shares of AMAZON TYRES AND SERVICE CENTRE


LIMITED in trust for [Link] SHEIKH MOHAMMED of id no.13404765.

3. THAT [Link] SHEIKH MOHAMMED can reclaim the said shares at any
moment and that I shall surrender the same unconditionally.

4. THAT this arrangement is open-ended and is not tied to a specific period or


timeframe.

5. THAT as a proxy or [Link] SHEIKH MOHAMMED, voting on company issues


in respect to his shareholding shall be as per his instructions.

6. THAT I swear this affidavit conscientiously believing everything contained


herein is true and in accordance with Oaths and statutory declaration Act CAP 15
of the laws of Kenya
