1. Standard: On page 55, line 3, revise the sentence as shown below:

Eq. D5.2.2-1 shall be limited to screw size #12 (nominal diameter = 0.216 in. (5.49 mm))
or #14 (nominal diameter = 0.25 in. (6.35 mm)).
