ARDRIN: And timer, if neccesary

WYNNE: For this debate our topic is all about lowering the age of criminal liabilty

ALDRIN: Let’s welcome our debaters!

ELLY: The affirmative team, seated on my right side, consist of:

The first speaker, Ms. Marian Desales

The second speaker, Mr. Harry Abaigar

The third speaker, Ms. Monica Tambago

And the team captain, Mr. Mark Flores

WYNNE: Arguing the negative case will be:

The first speaker, Mr. Kenneth Correa

The second speaker, Ms. Ayezza Erquiza

The third speaker, Mr. John Marie Caoyong

And the team captain, Ms. Melody Tado

ELLY: Welcome to this candidates’ forum. I will start by explaining some procedures

for the forum, which each candidate received ahead of time.

Instructions for candidates…

Each debater will have a 3 minutes constructive speech,


2 minutes for interpellation, and 5-8 minutes for rebutal.

If green flag is up it mean you can now start.

The time keeper will indicate that 1 minutes of speaking time is remaining by

raising yellow flag.

While red flag is up its indicate times up.

Interpullation 30%

Rebuttal 15%
