tolerances cleaning requirements.

Clearing of punch/snag list and inspection release note.
Preparation and Client approval of Hydro test packages.
Witnessing of Hydro test of Piping, valves as required along with the client
Inspector.
Co-ordinate with construction, testing group and QC department in the preparation
of the requirements of each test pack. Hydro testing and facilitate close out of any
outstanding punch items before and after Hydro test.
Visual Inspection and Hydrostatic/Pneumatic Test witnessing of valves at vendor
shops.
Monitor welder performance, weekly repair rates, and lot and penalty control.
Monitor storage and handling of welding consumables like low hydrogen electrodes.
Attend RFIs as per the ITP in each stage of fabrication or installation.
Coordinate NDTs, PMIs, PWHTs, & Hardness tests and review the results as per
required standards.
Carrying out Inspection on Piping and Pipelines for orientation, bolt tightening,
gasket verification, spool verification etc. with relevant engineering drawings &
