Only employees and their spouse or domestic life partner are eligible for the employee rate.
Employees are required to show Company employee identification cards when renting a vehicle
for personal use and request that the employee rate be applied.

The employees’ spouse or domestic life partner must present a letter of introduction from the
appropriate City/District or Department Manager when renting a vehicle using the employee
discount number.

The employee discount AWD/BCD can not be added as part of the reservation. It must be
requested at the counter.
