V.O 1 Alberto Olarte Sr.

National High School is located at the southern part of

the Philippines. AOSNHS is situated at Barangay Mabila Municipality of

Sarangani, Province of Davao Occidental. The total population of the

school from junior to senior is 1, 200 and 38 teachers. AOSNHS has

been producing various successful young professional like teachers, pre-

med graduates and many other successful individuals.

V.O 2 The ultimate goal of Alberto Olarte Sr. National High School is to produce

dynamic citizens of the nation. AOSNHS believed in the potential of

every child therefore the school continues to educate the children with

good education through the skills of its competent teachers and faculty.

For more than forty years, AOSNHS continues to develop and equipped

young individuals to become globally competitive. AOSNHS continues to

progress because of the undying and strong support of the stakeholders.

V.O. 3 The school’s top priority is the need of every individual within the

municipality. Various relevant programs are being implemented to

continuously support the students’ academics. The School is

transparent on the four fold School Based Management practices

namely; leadership and governance, curriculum and learning,

accountability and continuously improvement and management of

resources.

VO. 4 FOR LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE


The school has created initiatives in putting up projects with the

collaboration of SPT through meetings and gatherings discussing

important matters for fast realization of the project. To achieve success

in every projects and good governance, AOSNHS formed creative team

with the guidance of the school head.

V.O 5 CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTION

To fully implement the K to 12 curriculum, AOSNHS continuously

intensifies the curriculum requirement through regular checking of

DLL/DLP of teachers, Action plans in subject coordinators and other

related activities.

V.O. 6 ACCOUNTABILITY AND CONTINUOUS PROGRAM

The school continuously supports activities and programs which enhance skills

of the teachers. They are also encouraged to join seminars and trainings in K to

12. Remedial classes are also done by the teachers to fully enhanced their

learning .

V.O. 7 Management of Resources

The school also has generated funds in the canteen and be able to utilized its

income for the Feeding Program.


The school will continue to achieve its goals with the help of internal and external

stakeholders which include the parents, students, teachers and the community.
