SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, __________________, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and with residence


and postal address at ____________________ do hereby NAME, APPOINT and
CONSTITUTE my son, ____________________, likewise of legal age, single, Filipino and
with residence and postal address at ____________________, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name and stead, to do and perform the following acts
and things, to wit:

1. To follow-up and claim any check drawn issued in my name or its cash
equivalent representing the full refund that I may be entitled to for Lot No. BRM-
0106008 of Blue Ridge Mountains that I have earlier applied for and approved
by the GOSHEN LAND CAPITAL INC. FINANCE;

2. To sign, deliver and execute the release, waiver and quitclaim for me and in my
behalf and any documents, papers or receipts, which may be necessary and
expedient to carry into effect the foregoing authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying
and confirming all that said attorney-in-fact or her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to
be done by virtue hereof;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 10th day of
