AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT
I, AGAPITA MIGRIÑO y TUAZON, Filipino of legal age, married and a
resident of Purok 3, Bingag, Dauis, Bohol, Philippines, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the absolute owner of a registered parcel of land located at Purok


3, Barangay Bingag, Municipality of Dauis, Province of Bohol, Island
of Panglao, with OCT No.135631 lawfully issued under my name;

2. Said parcel of land with an area of FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY


SQUARE METERS (470 sq.m.), more or less, can provide enough
space for my three legitimate children to settle with their families on
certain portions therein and establish their individual dwellings,
respectively;

3. My eldest daughter, JONAREL CANO y MIGRIÑO , has manifested


to build one after obtaining my requisite permission and is now
currently applying for a Building Permit at the Office of the MPDC of
the Municipality of Dauis, so she could immediately commence the
construction of her residential house on a specified portion thereof;

4. I hereby signify my written consent for whatever purpose this may


serve, especially the issuance of necessary permits, FREELY,
WILLINGLY and VOLUNTARILY allowing my daughter, JONAREL
CANO y MIGRIÑO, to build a residential house on designated portion
of said parcel of land including the installation of electric connections
on the said house thereafter;

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest the truthfulness and veracity of


the foregoing facts as to my undertaking of giving consent to my
daughter, JONAREL CANO y MIGRIÑO, in support of her applications
and consequent issuances of requisite Building Permit, Electrification
Permit and all other relative permits and clearances, respectively.
