Business Analyst:

Need a self-starter personality who can set-up systems in place.


 Design & develop BI framework, build beautiful dashboards with real-time/daily metrics to track
& monitor metrics
 Automate reports to provide useful insights to relevant multiple stakeholders
 Put forward meaningful insights based on user behaviour to offer better product experience to
users
 Build scalable systems & prior experience on User Modeling, Forecasting, Budget Optimization,
Recommendation Systems
 Own integrations with GA, CRM, Marketing automation platforms for

Key T echnical S kills :

1. Expertise in Excel, SQL, R/Python


2. Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies preferably Hive, Spark
3. Proficient with visualization tools like Tableau, Grafana , Metabase & well-versed with
basic statistical techniques for prediction, cohort analysis, clustering

Desired experience:

1. 1-4 years in analytics firm or analytics division at online B2Cs.


2. Structured problem-solving skills.
3. Experience in a Marketing campaign or marketing analytics.
