A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE MABINI COLLEGES TO TRANSFER THE UNUSED FUND


OF FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (Php 4,000.00) FROM KOR BICOL REGIONAL ASSEMBLY TO
COLLEGE DAY FESTIVITY ACTIVITIES OF HISTO-KAPARIZ CLUB.

WHEREAS, Histo-KAPARIZ (HKC) is a school organization duly recognized


by the Mabini Colleges and chartered by the Order of the
Knights of Rizal Bicol Chapter;

WHEREAS, Histo-KAPARiZ (HKC) club will be going to attend the OKOR


Bicol Regional Assembly this coming February 17, 2018 in
Naga City with the released fund of Twelve Thousand Pesos
(Php 12,000.00) re: Resolution No. 9 S. 2018;

WHEREAS, The Club is planning to facilitate a Debate activity on the 1st


day of College Day Festivity with the budgetary requirement
of Six Thousand Pesos (Php 6,000.00);

WHEREAS, The Club is not aware of the remaining fund of only Fourteen
Thousand Pesos (P14,000.00) for this year’s organization fund;

WHEREAS, Due to the lack of awareness of the remaining fund of Two


Thousand Pesos (Php 2,000.00) after the released fund of
Twelve Thousand Pesos (Php 12,000.00) for OKOR Regional
Assembly, the club fall short of Four Thousand Pesos
(P4,000.00) intended for the Debate activity of club’s
celebration of College Day Festivity;

THEREFORE, on mass motion during the organization’s meeting that the


Histo-KAPARIZ Club will cut off the budget intended to OKOR
Regional Assembly from Twelve Thousand Pesos (Php
12,000.00) to Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 8,000.00);

FURTHERMORE, Histo-KAPARIZ Club shall request Mabini Colleges to transfer


the difference of Four Thousand Pesos (P4,000.00) as an
addition to remaining Two Thousand Pesos (Php 2,000.00) to
accommodate the budgetary requirements of Six Thousand
Pesos (Php 6,000.00) for the Club’s College Day Festivity
activities;

HEREBY RESOLVED, that copy of this resolution attached herewith the project
proposal be furnished the office of the President, Student
Affairs Office and the Accounting Office for their information
and kind consideration.
