(Internal Process)
FLOW CHART

Once Received Request for any SAP application decommission.


(Generally, for SAP it comes from our L3)

First Create a change request for this decommission.


ADD specific task as per below.

1. To remove application from monitoring. (Monitoring Team)


2. STOP Scheduling. (Batch Team)
3. STOP Application and Database. (SAP L2 Team)
4. Additional Task if required. (System specific) (If ANY)
5. Create task for CMDB team to update the same. (SM Team)
6. Inform SM Team through QC: Assessment Task for SM Team. (SM Team)

Technical Decommission activity can be proceed after that as per requirement through request.
