Terms and Conditions for the Incredible Offer at Shriram Divine City
1. Cyber City Mangadu Project Pvt Ltd and/or its affiliates (“Company”) offer an exclusive scheme for sale of select
units at Shriram Divine City to eligible Applicant/s on availing home loans from selected banks.
2. The two parts under the current offer are “Easy Down payment” and “Monthly Equated Payment”
3. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer/promotion.
4. The Offer is valid for eligible bookings done between 12th May 2018 and 27th May 2018 and NOT applicable for
any existing bookings.
5. Applicant shall ensure that the bank documentation and procedure for availing loan is completed and the loan
amount is disbursed to the Company within 30 days from the date of booking.
6. This offer is subject to the bank’s consideration of the applicant’s eligibility criteria for availing the home loan.
7. Apart from the fixed monthly payments, there will also be 2 Annual Bullet payments during the construction
period. Please ask your sales manager for the detailed payment schedule.
8. The fixed monthly payment is calculated basis prevailing home loan interest rate of 8.35%. The fixed amount
is subject to change if the home loan interest rates change and your bank changes the interest rate applicable
on your loan.
9. The Applicant agrees to execute definitive agreements (“Agreement”) in Company’s Standard format within
specified timelines.
10. In case of cancellation of unit after availing the offer, the company shall be entitled to recover the Offer cost from
the customer’s contribution towards the Booking. This overrides the standard cancellation clause applicable in
the Agreement.
11. The complete Terms and Conditions in case the customer goes for the offer with the Bank that would be
applicable for the eligible bookings would be defined in the tripartite agreement between the Applicant, the
Bank and the Company.
12. Notwithstanding anything provided herein, the Company reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and
without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions
or to replace, wholly or in part, this Scheme by another Scheme, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend
or withdraw it altogether.
