MOTION TO ADMIT COMMENT/OPPOSITION

DEFENDANT, BBB, by herself, respectfully submit the instant


Comment/Opposition and state that:

1. Attached herewith is a Comment/Opposition in compliance to the Order dated 2


April 2018 of the Honorable Board directing the herein respondents to submit
their respective Comment/Opposition within ten (10) days from the receipt of the
said Order;

2. A hearing was set on 24 April 2018 and thereon, respondent BBB moved to be
given another 15 days from the date of the said hearing within which to file the
instant comment, hence she has until May 9, 2018 to submit the same;

3. Unfortunately, despite repeated communication to her counsel of record, the


same has failed to return her calls making it very hard for the herein defendant to
make the said comment, hence, the reason for the late submission;

4. Thus, herein defendant begs the indulgence of this Honorable Board to admit the
herein attached Comment/Opposition in the interest of higher substantial
justice;

5. This Motion is not intended for delay but solely due to the foregoing reasons.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed to admit the herein


attached Comment/Opposition in the interest of substantial justice.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise prayed for.
