Proposal for EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS DEVELOPMENT Program
Sir/Madam,
I take this opportunity to share a few lines about enhancement of potential through soft skills
inculcation in the students. We are a part of ALERT Knowledge Services. ALERT is engaged in
research, development and training of soft skills techniques, learning techniques training to the
academia and the industry. We have designed a training program for the students of teaching courses
in order to make them employable by training them on the globally accepted job-skills.
We are working along with a team of young and dynamic team of professionals who have hands on
expertise in imparting skill based training to the upcoming and budding teachers and professionals
who are being nurtured at your reputed institute. The entire program will be presented in form of
workshops of 2 hrs each to be delivered in a total of 25 sessions. Certification will be facilitated to
each participant after completion of the program (the sample certificate is attached with this
proposal).
This Power-Packed program is about personality development, employability skills (interview skills
and resume writing), communication skills, grooming and body language (detailed content is attached
with this proposal). The course will be presented by well experienced and highly innovative
professional corporate trainers. The desired outcome will be making the students industry ready and
able to compete globally. Further, their resume will be sent to H R managers of various companies as
per their core area in order to help them in their placement.
