Sir,

With due respect it is stated that I Mehtab ud din registered under registration number
PHR120152021 in the pharmacy department of KUST. It is known that ramazan break is starting
from next week and I want to utilize this break by doing hospital internship for practical
exposure in any government hospital. For this purpose a recommendation letter is needed from
the department to the hospital to allow me in the hospital. Therefore it is requested to issue me
the required certificate so that I can avail this opportunity.
