Hi dears

i was activated 02 type inspection

so after issue the material against order system creating inspection lot

my doubt is that if the lot is rejected what is the next process wether this material will come
back in ware house or a new new inspection lot was trigger

what is the next step in this production order

I hope you are talking about the 122 mvt in the qa11/12 inspection lot.

This is "RE return to order"

means order only show -> production order qty -return qty = delivered qty.

means order opens for the returns qty.

i was telling 261 movment type .when i issue a material against a process order system
creating lot

but if i reject the rr on inspection processing ..what is the next step

If its against the order then logically 02 should be created with the reference of odder .When
you do RD then material issue will get open by that much qty.Logic should remain
same.means when you reject the same its allow you to do 261 again for rejected qty.

Hello Abu,

1. 02 inspection type lots are stock irrelevant and barely has a significance.
2. These do not have stock posting facility.
3. If you find any rejection here, you need to carry out steps separately to block the stock.
4. If the material is consumed, (depending upon your customization) you should reverse the stock with 262
and then transfer the stock to block stock for further analysis.
