PDP Professional Development Plan

Goal 1
(specific and this tp I’ll try to make sure that i know each child and his needs also
measurable) their levels in learning
Competency

Rationale/Reflection My MST was the main reason because she taught me how to do this
of previous practice step and the importance of it also she told me how much is
MCT/ MST important to know the child very well.
recommendation
(what led to this
goal?
Strategies (include In the break time I used to sit with each child and talk to them
resources needed) about their self and how do they feel about each subject and that
will be a big help to know each child better

Issues

I don’t think that I faced any issue because the students actually like to sit and talk their
selves and the only issue was that students become a little bit noisy but most the time
they’re quiet.

Outcome
New or modified This goal was the most enjoyable goal that I have achieved this
goal (s) semester I haven’t faced any issue and I enjoyed it.
PDP Professional Development Plan (2)

Take some time to read through your MST/MCT report from last semester. Highlight (or take
notes) on comments which identify points of development. Choose one or two which you feel
are especially important and write them in the table. Then decide which competency it is, what
you want to achieve in this area this semester and finally note how you will achieve this.

MCT/ MST recommendation The mst told me that the best way to teach the students is to know them
Very well also to know their strong and weak points

Competency Know the students and recognize on the strong and weakness points

Goal The is to know the students better and help them to learn better

Action Points I will achieve this goal by giving time to sit with each student till I finish all
Of them.

After the Task - Reflection

Reflect upon your progress towards your goals.

This goal was easy and enjoyable and I had a lot of fun by sitting with students and talking to them and
listen how do they feel about the subjects this step was effective because it makes the teaching easier
and how to support them in the class also its an the best to make the students confidents about their
selves.
