the common X potencies still have molecules in them and
are good for micro dosing with minerals or organ support

The C potencies stand for dilution of 1:100


6C and 30C are the potencies most often used in First Aid

Avogadro’s number corresponds to 12c or 24x


How to dose yourself with
homeopathy

Take 1 pill, add to 30 mls (I fl oz) water


Stir well, take I teaspoon

Repeat when the effects wear off
