Rio Locsin (born May 22, 1961) is the daughter of film actress Charito Garcia. She
married Al Tantay, but they separated after a few years. She remarried to a former
basketball player turned pastor, Padim Israel. She has three daughters. From the
1990s to the 2000s she was seen on television and in films.
