Aey imaan waalo tum par rozey farz kiye gaye hain jaise
aglon par farz hue the ke kahin tumhein parhezgari miley.
(Tarjama e Kanzul Iman,P 2,Al Baqarah 183)

Is sakht hukm se ma’loom hua ke ramazan mein sar e aam
khana peena shariat ko shadeed naa pasand hai .
Ramazan Ke Rozon Ki Niyyat Ka Bayan
Suwal……Ramazan ke rozon ki niyyat ka waqt kab se
kab tak hai ?
Jawab……Ghuroob e aaftaab se dusre din dhahwa e
kubra tak . Yani poori raat mein bhi niyyat kar sakte hain
aur agar raat mein niyyat na kar sake to dhahwa e kubra
se pehle pehle bhi niyyat ho sakti hai . Masalan koi
shakhs raat mein na jaag saka , sub nou , dus baje aankh
khuli to ab niyyat kar le roza ho jaye ga .

Jawab……Ji haan , woh shart ye hai ke sahari khatm
hone ke ba’d se le kar niyyat karne ke waqt tak ‘roza yaad
hone ki soorat mein’ koi aisa fe’l sarzad na hua ho ke jis
se roza toot jata hai , masalan khaana peena ya jimaa
karna wagera . Haan agar bhoole se khaa pi liya tha phir
yaad aaya ke rozey ki niyyat karni thi to ab koi haraj nahi

Suwal……Agar kisi ko ye mas’ala ma’loom na tha ke din
mein bhi niyyat ho sakti hai . Woh subh der se jaaga aur
ye soch kar ke aaj to raat mein niyyat na kar sakne ke
baais roza zaaye ho gaya kuch khaa pi liya to ab kya kare?
Jawab……Tauba ke saath saath , us rozey ki qaza bhi
lazim hai .
Suwal……Din mein niyyat karna to jaiz hai , lekin afzal
kya hai ? din mein niyyat karna……ya……raat mein ?
Jawab……Raat mein niyyat karna .

kar lena sunnat hai lihaza ye alfaz ada kar lena baais

Jawab……Ji nahi . Sahari khana sunnat e mubaraka hai ,
chunanche agar kisi ne jaan bujh kar sahari na khaayi to
bhi roza ho jaye ga agarche sahari khane ke sawab se
mahroom rahe ga .
• Rahmat e Aalam Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wasallam
irshad farmate hain ke sahari khaao ke is mein barakat hai
. (Bukhari o Muslim)
• Sarwar e Konain Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wasallam
ka farman hai , ‘hamare aur ahle kitab ke rozon mein farq
sahari ka luqma hai .(Muslim)
• Sayyid ul Anbiya Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wasallam
farmate hain ke sahari kul ki kul barakat hai isey na
chhorna agarche ek ghoont pani hi pee lo kyunke sahari
khaane waalon par Allah Ta’ala aur us ke firishte durood
bhejte hain . (Musnad Imam Ahmad Bin Hanbal)
Note) Allah Ta’ala ke durood bhejne se muraad rahmat
nazil farmana aur firishton ke durood bhejne ka matlab
dua e maghfirat karna hai .
Suwal……Iftar kis chiz se karna chahiye ?
Jawab……Muballigh e A’zam Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi
Wasallam irshad farmate hain ke jab tum mein se koi roza

iftar kare to khajur ya chhuhaare se iftar kare ke in mein
barakat hai aur agar ye na milein to pani se ke woh paak
karne wala hai . (Tirmizi)

Suwal……Kya roza kholne ki dua
Tawajjo farmayein……
Rozey Zaaey Hone Se Bachaayein
Aksar gharon mein mushaahada kiya gaya hai ke sahari
band karne aur iftar ka aagaaz karne keliye azaan ka
intizaar kiya jata hai . Halanke in dono ke band karne ya
kholne ka ta’alluq azaan ke saath nahi balke waqt ke saath
hai . Lihaza jab waqt ho jaye to chahe azaan ho ya na ho

iftar kar lena chahiye . Kyunke iftar mein jaldi shariat ko
matloob hai . Chunanche……
Rahmat e Aalam Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wasallam ka
farman e aalishaan hai ke Allah Ta’ala irshad farmata hai
ke mere bandon mein se mujhe zyada pyara woh hai jo
iftar mein jaldi karta hai . (Tirmizi) Aur Sayyid ul Anbiya ,
Habeeb e Kibriya Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wasallam
irshad farmate hain ke ye deen hamesha ghaalib rahe ga
jab tak log iftar mein jaldi karte rahein ge kyunke yahood
o nasaara takhir karte hain . (Abu Dawood)
Isi tarah sahari band karne mein bhi azaan ka intizaar na
karein balke pehle se waqt dekh kar rakhen . Waqt khatm
hone se chand minute qabl sahari se faarigh ho kar achchi
tarah kulli wagera kar lein .
Zaroori tambeeh) Basa oqaat dekha gaya hai ke hamare
musalmaan bhai fajr ki azaan ke doraan bhi khaate peete
rehte hain . Shayed unhon ne ye khud saakhta mas’ala sun
rakha hota hai ke ‘jab tak azaan ho khana peena jaiz hai’
balke ba’z log to aise bhi milein ge jo ye kehte nazar aate
hain ke ‘abhi to qareebi masjid ki azaan hui hai , fulan
masjid ki azaan baaqi hai , jaldi se kuch khaa pi lo .’
Achchi tarah yaad rakhiye ke is tarah azaan ke beech
mein khaate peete rakhe gaye rozey zaaey ho jaate hain .

Chunanche tamam din bhooka piyaasa rehne ki
mashaqqat ke ilava aur kuch bhi haasil na hoga . Neez
sakht gunahgar alahada hon ge .
Is Wajah Se Rozon Ke Zaaey Hone Ka Sabab
Pehle bator e tamheed chand baatein yaad rakhen:-
1) Kisi bhi namaz ki azaan , waqt shuru hone ke ba’d di
jaye gi . Agar waqt se pehle de di , balke sirf Allahu
Akbar bhi waqt se pehle kaha , baqiya poori chahe waqt
ke andar hi di , tab bhi na hui . ( ص، ا�بب ا�ذان،ا�مجبلدد ا�ول،)در�ر
2) Fajr ka waqt tulu e subh e saadiq yani sahari khatm
hone ke ba’d shuru hota hai . ()�ن

Jawab……Is soorat mein qaza hai kaffara nahi . Wajah
inshaAllah mutala’a jari rakhne ki barakat se khud hi
waazeh ho jaye gi .
Suwal……Agar kisi ko roza iftar karwaya jaye to kya
sawab mile ga ?
Jawab……Sayyid ul Konain Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi
Wasallam irshad farmate hain ke jis ne halal khaane ya
pani se roza iftar karwaya , firishte maah e ramazan ke
auqaat mein us keliye istighfar karte hain , jab ke Jibrail
(Alaihis Salaam) shab e qadr mein us keliye talab e
maghfirat famayein ge . Aur ek riwayat mein hai ke jo
halal kamaai se ramazan mein roza iftar karwaye to
ramazan ki tamam raaton mein firishte us par durood
bhejte hain aur shab e qadr mein Jibrail (Alaihis Salaam)
us se musafaha farmate hain .
Aur ek riwayat mein hai ke jo roza daar ko pani pilaye ga
to Allah Ta’ala usey mere hoz se sairaab farmaye ga (jis
ki barakat se) jannat mein jaate tak piyaasa na hoga .

Roza Torne , Na Torne Aur Makrooh Kar Dene Waali
Chizon Ka Bayan
Suwal……Kisi ne dil mein niyyat ki ke main roza torta
hoon to kya roza toot gaya ?
Jawab……Ji nahi , faqat niyyat karne se roza nahi toota
karta , ye us waqt tak na toote ga jab tak koi torne wala

Suwal……Roza kin kin wujuhaat ki bina par toot jata
hai?
Jawab……Is ki kayi wujuhaat hain :-
(1) Jimaa aur us ke mulhikaat (2) Jism ke manaafiz ke
zariye kisi chiz ka me’de tak pahuncha dena (3)Qai karna

Alaihi Wasallam ka farman hai ke teen chizen roza nahi
torteen:-
(1) Pachhna (2) Qai (3) Ehtilaam (Tirmizi)
Suwal……Kisi ko raat mein ehtilaam hua , sahari mein
aankh na khuli ke ghusl kar leta , to ab janabat ki haalat
mein rozey ki niyyat kar sakta hai ya nahi ?
Jawab……Rozey keliye paak hona shart nahi , chunanche
jis tarah paaki ki haalat mein roza shuru karna farz hai ,
isi tarah haalat e janabat mein bhi is ki ibtidaa karna farz
rahe ga . Balke agar koi saara din haalat e janabat mein
raha tab bhi roza na jaye ga . Haan namaz qaza karne ki
bina par gunah e kabeera ka murtakib zaroor hoga .

Jawab……Is soorat mein faqat kulli kare gargara nahi .
Yunhi naak mein pani daale , lekin usey uper soonghe
nahi . Ba’d e iftar dono farz mukammal kar le .

(1) Dimaag o halq aur kaan ke surakh o halq ke darmiyan
manfaz nahi . Chunanche agar tel ya dawa kaanon mein
daali ya kisi tarah dimaag mein pahunch gayi to is se roza
na jaye ga , basahrteke kaan ka parda na phata ho .
(2) Jab ke aankhon aur halq ke darmiyan manfaz hai .
Chunanche aankhon mein dawa daalna roza tootne ka
sabab bane ga . (Raaqim ne is baare mein bazaat e khud
doctor hazraat se tafseeli guftgu ki , neez is baare mein
tafseel o tahqeeq par mushtamil kutub ka bazaat e khud
mutala’a bhi kiya , jis ke nateeje mein ye baatein bilkul
durust saabit hueen .)
Qadeem kutub e fiqh mein is ka bar’aks darj hai , chunke
us waqt tahqeeq ke mojooda jadeed tareen zaraaye
mafqood the , chunanche us zamaane mein is qism ke
masail ki bunyaad galaba zan par rahi jati thi . Agar
mojooda tahqeeqaat un akaabireen e islam ke zamaane
mein mojood hoteen to yaqeenan woh nufoos e qudsiyya
bhi aankhon mein dawa daalne ki soorat mein roza tootne
, jab ke kaan mein dawa daalne ki soorat mein na tootne
ka hukm hi marhamat farmate . Lihaza fi zamaana sciency
tahqeeqaat ki roshni mein ba’z masail mein tarmeem ko
akaabireen ka faiz hi tasawwur karna chahiye .

Manaafiz ke zariye saraayat kar jaane ke baais

Suwal……Kisi ne bhool kar khaya piya roza

Jawab……Khaane peene se roza usi waqt jaye ga jab
rozadaar hona yaad ho , warna nahi .
Rasool e Akram Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wasallam ka
farman e aalishan hai ke jis rozadaar ne bhool kar khaya
piya woh apne rozey ko poora kare ke usey Allah ne

Suwal……Kisi ko roza ki haalat mein bhoole se khaate
peete dekha to yaad dilana zaroori hai…ya…nahi ?
Jawab……Aisi soorat mein rozadaar ki haalat par nazar
ki jaye gi agar woh bahut kamzor hai , khaye ga to araam
se roza poora kar le ga , jab ke yaad dilaane ki soorat
mein kamzori itni zyada ho jaye gi ke roza poora karna hi
dushwar hoga to ab yaad na dilaya behtar hai aur is ka

Jawab……Agar chakhne ka ye matlab hai ke thodi si chiz
halq se neeche utaar lena , to is soorat mein to roza toot
jaye ga . Lekin agar kisi chiz ko sirf zabaan se zaiqa
mahsoos kar ke moonh se baahar nikaal diya , halq mein
us ka zarra bhi na jaane diya , to na jaye ga . Ab agar ye
chakhna bila uzr tha to makrooh hai aur agar uzr ki bina
par tha to bila karaahat jaiz .

Roza tootne ka pehle sabab:-
• Jimaa karna……Yahan ibtidaa’an chand baatein yaad
rakhen ke……
i) Roza torne keliye sooratan jimaa se muraad ye hai ke
mard ka roza yaad hone ki soorat mein kisi zinda ya
murda ya aurat ke agle ya pichhle maqam mein apne aala
e tanaasul ko kam az kam hashfa tak dakhil karna , chahe
inzaal ho ya na ho . (Is soorat mein maf’ool ka roza bhi
toot jaye ga , basharteke usey majboor na kiya gaya ho) .
ii) Ma’na e jimaa se darj e zel baatein muraad hoti hain:-
• Apni sharmgaah ko kisi dusri sharmgaah mein dakhil
kiye begair maaddah e manwiyya nikaalna . Jaise haath se
ghusl wajib karna .
• Apni sharmgaah ko kisi aisi sharmgaah mein dakhil
karke maaddah e manwiyya nikaalna jo aadatan mahal e
shahwat na ho . Jaise kisi jaanwar se badfe’li karna .
• Apni sharmgaah ke iste’maal ke begair kisi aadatan
mahal e shahwat ke iste’maal ke baais inzaal ho jana .
Jaise zoja ka bosa lene par inzaal ho jana .
Pas jab sooratan jimaa paya jaye to qaza aur kaffara

dono lazim hon ge aur jab ma’nawi e’tibaar se paya jaye
to sirf qaza hai aur jab sooratan aur ma’nan dono tarah na
paya jaye to roza na jaye ga . Jaise kisi ki taraf faqat nazar

hone ke bawujood koi dawa ya giza baatin tak pahunchi
to qaza kaffara dono lazim hon ge aur agar baqiya
manaafiz ke zariye koi giza ya dawa dakhil e badan ki ya
moonh ke zariye dawa o giza ke ilava koi aur chiz andar
le gaye to faqat qaza lazim hogi .
Giza ki ta’reef ke pesh e nazar darj e zel ashya moonh ke
zariye andar le jaane ke baais qaza o kaffara dono lazim
aayein ge . (1) Khana khaya (2) Pani piya (3) Kisi
mahboob ka ya buzurg ka thook lazzat ya tabarruk ki
niyyat se nigal gaya (4) Kachcha gosht khaya , agarche
murdaar ka ho (5) Woh mitti khayi jis ko aadatan khaya
jata ho (6) Thoda sa namak khaya (7) Maghsooba ya chori
ki chiz khayi (8) Khushk pista ya baadaam chabaa kar
khaya (9) Woh patte khaye jinhein aadatan khaya jata ho
masalan mooli ke patte (10) Bhune hue chaawal ya chane
khaye (11) Sahari ka niwaala moonh mein tha ke waqt
khatm ho gaya ya bhool kar khaa raha tha , yaad aane par
, moonh ka niwaala nigal gaya .

Aur giza ki ta’reef ke pesh e nazar hi mundaraja zel ashya
ko moonh ke zariye dakhil e badan karne ki bina par sirf
qaza lazim aaye gi .
(1) Apna thook moonh se baahar nikaal kar dobara nigal
gaya (2) Dusre ka thook nigal gaya jab ke woh mahboob
ya koi buzurg na ho (3) Sara hua gosht khaya (4) Aisi
mitti khayi jise aadatan na khaya jata ho (5) Thook mein
khoon ki miqdaar zyada thi , usey nigal gaya (6) Chhilke

wagera khaya (11) Bahut se aansoo nigal gaya .

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radi Allahu Ta’ala Anhu se marvi
hai ke Rasoolullah Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wasallam ne
irshad farmaya ke jis par qai ne galaba kiya us par qaza
nahi aur jis ne qasdan qai ki us par rozey ki qaza hai .

Jawab……Jawab se qabl ye usool yaad rakhna mufeed
rahe ga ke har woh mu’amala ke jis ke zariye roza tootne
ke silsile mein shuba paida ho sakta hai , is ke ba’d jaan
bujh kar khaane se sirf qaza lazim aati hai , kaffara nahi
jaise ke suwal mein mazkoora tamam sooratein . Kyunke
roza yaad hone ki soorat mein khaane , peene , ya jimaa
karne se roza toot jata hai , lihaza mazkoora chizon ke

ke bawujood khaye piye ga to ab kaffara bhi lazim hoga .
