1) Nukkad Nataks (street plays) on GST awareness are to be organized by Immence Arts and Cultural Society in divisions of the Central Excise Commissionerate. 2) The concerned divisions will bear all expenses for the events such as food, lodging, and transportation of the troupe. 3) Prominent public places for the street plays should be identified by each division and necessary permissions obtained from local authorities. The events should be videotaped and uploaded on the Commissionerate website.

The Commissioner Central Excise, Allahabad has directed that Nukkad Nataks by M/s.
Immence Arts and Cultural Society, Lucknow should be organized in your division on the dates
as per chart attached herewith at prominent places of the division identified by you.

The above society has been performing Nukkad Nataks in Lucknow Zone on GST
Awareness.

In this context, all expenses (fooding, lodging & transportation) are to be borne by the
concerned division at the rates approved by the Commissionerate/Zone (copy enclosed).
Prominent places where the Nataks are to be held should be identified by the concerned divisions
and necessary intimations/permissions may be obtained from the concerned local authorities.
Two Inspectors/Superintends should accompany the team.

The events should be video-graphed for being uploaded on the Commissionerate website,
a public address system (mike amplifier & speakers) has to be arranged by the department.

any queries in the matter.

A report on the events organized (alongwith a video-tape in soft copy) should be sent to
the undersigned for perusal of the Commissioner and onward submission.
