1 . G EN E R AL
1.7. PARKING INFORMATION
Aprons L, M, N, and R not visible from Tower.
Stands 101 thru 105 on Terminal B apron not visible from Tower.
Automatic guidance system available on stands 101 thru 112 and 201 thru 226.
All ACFT should obtain tow-bar, except general aviation ACFT.

1.8. OTHER INFORMATION


1.8.1. GENERAL
Birds.
1.8.2. BALKED LANDING MISSED APPROACH PROCEDURE
For the execution of the procedure at least one of the pilots in team shall have
completed simulator training on this specific procedure and the flying pilot shall
always be the pilot having had this training.
1.8.3. ENGINE TESTING
Before an engine test contact YESILKOY Ground on 121.8 or 121.6.
Engine testing shall be performed on Motor Test Apron.
In case the testing could not be performed on Motor Test Apron for any reason,
engine testing in coordination with the relevant ATC unit, will be carried out on
TWY C between TWY B1 and TWY B4.

2 . ARR I V AL
2.1. SPEED RESTRICTION
These speeds are for ATC separation purposes and are MANDATORY and have to
be flown as accurately as possible. If unable to comply, inform ATC and state
what speed to be used.
2.1.1. WHILE USING RNAV STARs
- 200 KT on base leg/closing heading to final approach up to 12NM to touchdown.
- 180 KT on final approach course within 12NM to 8NM to touchdown.
- 170 KT on final approach course within 8NM to 6NM to touchdown.
- 160 KT on final approach course within 6NM to 4NM to touchdown.
2.1.2. WHILE USING CONVENTIONAL STARs
- MAX 250 KT at or below FL150.
- 220 KT at or below 10,000'.
- 180 KT on final approach course within 12NM to 6NM to touchdown.
- 160 KT on final approach course within 6NM to 4NM to touchdown.

2.2. COMMUNICATION FAILURE PROCEDURE


2.2.1. RF FOR IFR FLIGHTS OUTSIDE TMA
Select transponder code 7600. Follow the flight plan route using last assigned and
acknowledged FL. For 3 minutes execute relevant STAR. Then, descending 6000’
proceed to IST VOR. Leave IST VOR at 6000’. Proceed to relevant IAF, execute
Instrument Approach Procedure (IAP) and land.
