Grade 8 English Revision Exercises

The document provides examples for transforming sentences from active to passive voice, filling in verbs in the passive voice, using indefinite pronouns such as "somebody" or "anywhere", and using introductory "it" structures. For the active to passive transformations, sentences are changed so that the subject receives the action rather than performs it. The indefinite pronoun examples demonstrate filling in blanks with words like "something" or "anywhere". The introductory "it" section restructures sentences to begin with "it" followed by a clause including the original verb.
