hereby declared as duly approved by the Executive Board. To wit:

RESOLUTION FOR THE BUDGET IN THE EIM WEEK OF THE JUNIOR INSTITUTE
OF ELECTRONICS ENGINEERS OF THE PHILIPPINES, ASSOCIATION OF
INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL ENGINEERING STUDENTS,
MECHATRONICS ENGINEERING STUDENTS SOCIETY WORTH FIFTY SIX
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY FIVE PESOS (PHP 56,295.00)
WHEREAS, The Junior Institute Of Electronics Engineers Of The Philippines, Association Of
Instrumentation And Control Engineering Students, Mechatronics Engineering Students Society
are organizations recognized as a College-Based organization in the BatStateU Alangilan Campus
WHEREAS, The organization shall seek and supports the reforms along the nationalistic,
humanistic and scientific method for the total development of human potential in response to social
realities and in the promotion of academic magnanimity
WHEREAS, The Junior Institute Of Electronics Engineers Of The Philippines, Association Of
Instrumentation And Control Engineering Students, Mechatronics Engineering Students Society
will secure transparency, responsibility and accountability in all aspects of the administration.

Electronics, Instrumentation and Control and Mechatronics Engineering agreed to allot fifty six
thousand two hundred ninety five pesos for the said activity.

the CEAFA Building
