Lesson Plan in Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao

I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson, the students must have:
1. Recognized the importance of respecting life;
2. Defined the word Paggalang;
3. Enumerated the acts which violated the importance of life; and
4. Written an essay about the appropriate actions to demonstrate that one respects
the value of life.
II. Subject Matter

A. Greetings
B. Prayer

C. Motivation
The teacher will show a video to the students which depicts the importance of
respecting life. Afterwards, the teacher will randomly call students to share their
insights on the importance of respecting life based on the video they have watched.

The teacher will then give feedback to the students and will also share his/her insights.

D. Lesson Proper
 The teacher will further discuss the importance of respecting life. Afterwards,
the teacher will call some students to share his/her own definition of the word
“Paggalang”.
 The teacher will introduce the different acts which violated the importance of
life. Then, the teacher will then divide the class into 4 groups.
 Each group will be given a task in which the group will choose one
representative to pick a piece of paper that contains the different acts which
violated the importance of life.
 Afterwards, each group will brainstorm and share their ideas.
 One representative in each group will share their output in front of the class.

E. Assessment
 Each student will create an essay which depicts the actions to demonstrate
that one respects the value of life.

F. Assignment
Each student will create a slogan depicting on how they value life.
