Dear Madame:

Greetings!

This letter serves as formal demand for you to pay John Doe amount
of P_______________ loaned on _____________. Our client relayed to
us that despite repeated verbal demands for payment you have not settled
the said amount.

You are already in default of the obligation to pay the sum which was
loaned to you plus a 5% interest of the principal amount.

Unless payment of the above amount is received by us in full within


ten (10) days of the date of this letter, we will have no alternative but to
exercise whatever rights and remedies we have under the law to enforce
such payment, including but not limited to institution of legal proceedings
against you to recover the above amount, together with accrued interest
and legal expenses.

Consider this as your final notice.
