states that:

1. On January 3, 2018 Plaintiff was on his way home being with him his
groceries;
2. On his way walking in the gutter of the road, someone ,whose identity is not
known yet, was riding a motor vehicle and hit Plaintiff causing damages to his
groceries and his property including his phone and bag that has been
destroyed;
3. Plaintiff is claiming for damages due to him for the destroyed phone and
groceries due to the hitting of John Doe;
4. The actual name of the liable party will be added when discovered.
