GHMC PERMISSION PLAN INPUTS

MCH /HUDA DRAWING

Drawing in MK System that is in meters

Ground Floor Plan /Typical Floor Plan/Site Plan/

Elevation/section/Location Map/

Percolation pit/North point

Title panel: Specifications/Schedule of openings/Area statement/Reference/Owners signature/Engineers


signature/Architects signature with Company name.

Ground Floor Plan:

Road widths; Road widening

Site dimensions outer to outer; adjoining house numbers

Totlot -minimum width 3.0mts for MCH and totlot in the middle of C shaped building leaving 1.5 mts
from the building line for HUDA drawing.

Building setbacks on all 4 sides with big unfilled arrow heads.

Percolation pit 1.9x1.9mts and 0.6mts wide trenches joining all the pits.

Place them inside the site very near the compound walls

One percolation pit for each 100 [Link] of proposed areas.

Show pits, trenches and collecting storm water sump in dotted lines.

Building dimensions from the column to column on all faces

Balcony projections in dotted lines beyond column as per the typical floor plan

Maximum balcony width beyond setback line

1.0mts for<1000 [Link] and 1.5mtsfor>1000 [Link]

Parking vehicles to arrive at number of parking spaces

Transformer/Garbage bin/Water sump/Bore well.


Staircase:

If it is residence MCH Plan, show the staircase only in corner one flight only going up –no down flight.
Section line
2.5 mts width for residential and 3 mts width for commercial.

Typical floor plan:

As minimum cuts as possible towards the roads-Try to avoid them

Try for corner balconies on all corner of the building

Building dimension on all faces

Minimum room width 3 mts

Kitchen – 1.8mts; Corridor – 2.0 mts

Bath – 1.2 mts; Staircase – 2.5 mts

Lift – 1.5 mts; Section line

Elevation:

For the shorter side of the building

Show compound wall, Parking- cars in elevation with people and trees, chajjas, balcony railings, no
connecting balcony walls.

Section:

Minimum height 3.0 mts including slab thickness

2.5 mts including slab thickness for parking floor

Column footing up to hard soil

Slabs/Walls/Doors/Windows

Location map - nearest landmarks and neighbours house numbers

Site plan

Block hatching; Totlot

Site outer dimensions; Setbacks with arrows; Balconies dotted lines

HUDA drawing

Add septic tank details to the above MCH drawing


Totlot location in the center of the U shaped building, leaving 1.5 mts setback from the building.

In the HUDA drawing over all parking – write car parking dimensions individually for each car.
