Our new Annual Network Licensing option includes the right to run the purchased number of

3 Training and Support
Our training courses are based on our extensive experience in teaching modeling and
simulation of wastewater treatment. The Introductory Training course covers the basics of
wastewater treament plant modeling and the use of Simba#. The Advanced and Specific
Training courses deepen the understanding of unit process models and simulation
procedures. All courses include short theory sessions, but the focus is on hands-on training.

3.1 Premium Support (Training-on-the-Job)

Learning Simba# is easy with our new Premium Support Package. It is designed to quickly
help you learn Simba# while you work on your own projects. inCTRL will work with you one
hour per week (plus one hour for preparation) on a model of your choice. In addition to
teaching you how to use the software, we will provide tips on data collection and analysis,
and assist you with model calibration.
