Summary:
Laos was once an empire controlling the north eastern part of SEA. It was
controlled by French colonization for two times; second time is during 1946. However, it
gained independence 9 years later but was later influenced by socialism Vietnam and the
country was called Pathet Lao. Currently, Laos governs the country with both socialism
and democratic politics.
Analysis and opinion:
Starting up the project by finding the background information is like laying a carpet
on the ground. More details can be linked to these infos when we dug more deeper into
what we wished to learn more. This will help me more on my later records.
