1. Introduction:

This application is about to help people in order to facilitate them to mute on their desire sites. There are
features of both location and time based mute. User can switch on any of those at any time. The application
will ease user to mute the cell phone in Mosque, Library, Office etc. to change mobile phones settings
automatically whenever the user go to his or her saved locations. Mobile phone will be muted automatically
and will be unmuted automatically when user comes out of that place.

Similarly for the time based mute when the users selected time is over the same functionality will
performed this application also help about to find the unknown numbers to receive the users and saves the
location of the users where users receive the call. Android studio is used as an IDE in order to make this
application. Front end work is done in XML (Extensible Markup Language) and backend is completed in
Java.

1.1. Location base:

Location-based schedule mutes or unmutes your android phone when you reach within 50 meters of radius
of your tagged location. For saving location-based schedule, you are required to be connected with internet.
When you tag a new location, location-based schedule loads your current location on map. It may take a
little time to load you current location depending upon the speed of your internet connection. Once map is
loaded, you can move to any other location by moving/scrolling the map and tag your desired location.

1.2. Time base:

Time-based schedule allows you to enter as many schedules as you want. This application will mute or
unmute your mobile phone based on these schedules. For example, if your lecture starts at 10:00am in the
morning and ends at 11:15am. You don't have to manually mute at the start of the lecture and then unmute
when lecture finishes. You can set your mobile to be silent from 10:00am to 11:15am. You can also set a
schedule to be repeat or once only.

1.3. Call Log:

This project also help about to find the unknown numbers to receive the users and also saves the location of
the users where users receive the call.
It must that the number is unsaved from the user contact history than it automatically saves to the call log of
the application.

2. Product / Service Feasibility:
2.1. Product/Service Desireability:

Referring to our project of Mute Me application (Location & Time based Muter ) first is to focus upon
desirability our product makes sense? Yes, it is because its an application providing a day to day
interaction regarding the (mute/silent phone) & (Call Logs) issues with mobile applications which is
currently a trend for office, Umra/Hajj piligrims and students in now days.

It will solve a gap in marketplace as busy life and meeings costs time to set silent mobiles at office
library,mosques and miss meetings but this will led to automation in muting remembering missed call
location. Thus in concern to the desirability busy peoples and specially students want such an
application to mute and on time muting so as Google Maps will assist in this case via location
sensibility.
It also solves the following problems associated with students, piligrims and office workers.
a) Rid of Repetaed Hand & manual work
b) Students and Office workers mute the calls by setting time.
c) Hajj & Umra Piligrims can mute by Location & Time
d) All users can determine their location of Missed Call Logs.

2.2. Product/ Service Demand:

Referring to the analysis of demand of application & face to face conversation with potential
customers, we got an appreciable response from Students CIIT(SWL), Masjid-E-Shohda Sahiwal,
Hajj Piligrims Association Saudi Arabia.
Specially amount of (200,000/- PKR) was offered by the Hajj Piligrims Association, & upon
completion of project the service to them will be initiated (in sha ALLAH!). A share of (0 Riyal per
download) is offered to them.
3. Industry/Target Market Feasibility:
3.1. Industry Attractiveness:

Although software industry is young not old & is early rather then late in their life cycle, the industry is
growing day by day due to immense automisation in I.T. applications.

(Software Industry in Pakistan) is a growing and rising industry that has a lot of potential. Matters
relating to the IT industry are overseen and regulated by the (Ministry of Information and
Broadcasting of the Government of Pakistan). The software industry is regarded as a successful sector
of Pakistan economically, even in financial crisis.

A 15 year tax holiday was approved to promote the IT industry in 2001 which has the grown from $ 30
million to over $ 3 billion during the last 16 years.
In the years 2003-2005 Pak IT exports saw a rise of about fifty percent and amounted a total of about
48.5 million USD. The (World Economic Forum), assessing the development of Information and
Communication Technology in the country ranked Pakistan 111th among 144 countries in the (Global
Information Technology report) of 2014.
Thus, due to the facts hopefully, our application in such a Office, Mosque & Hajjsector will rise
instead of fall, and mergimg I.T. with busy routines will definately increase the scope for both because
automiation in meetings and muting is now a days a daily routine for everyone as well as mobile
applications.

3.2. Target Market Attractiveness:

Definately, as being student of CIIT-Sahiwal, Initial target Market will be CIIT Sahiwal and Sahiwal
Advertisments then further extension to other citites hence, Throughout the Pakistan, further due to te
core business knowledghe of Middle-East one student will direct himself to Saudi Arabia hence
extension throughout the Middle-East with respect to time.

Attracting Sahiwal is very feasible because of no Govt. Regulations, and just a contract at initial level
but further marketing to other cities will provide hardships and also Govt. Taxation, Policies, etc.
Specially dealing with Hajj Piligrims Association & Saudi Govt.
Yes, There exist a high risk of competitors because once idea applied by us could click on other minds
and their marketing because of software development is easy. But the captured clients will be ours.
Regarding to the competitors entry the profit of ours will be reduced to nearly 40%.

4. Organisational Feasibility:
4.1. Management prowess:

Concerning to the management expertise, As we know that there are 3 students developing this
application ones expertise is designing the rest of coding and last ones is integrating application to the
Banking Services, Thus regarging Management Prowess, We have the potential to (Design & Develop)
but after first launch, we need 2 other persons for Marketing(Advertisments) i.e. Business
Proffessionals will be required they can be hired at percentages Thus, will result in Business Expansion.

Experts may be needed to fix the Bugs in application for this we already contacted 2 Industrial
Professionals at Lahore. Hence Management Prowess is 100% Feasible.

4.2. Resource Sufficiency:

Regarding to the resource sufficiecy, we dont need any higher values of resources we already have
laptops to design and develop but during marketing it is necessary that we must have an (Office
containing a Lab & Sitting Area) at Sahiwal, & also an (Office within Lab & Sitting Area) at Saudi
Arabia.

Following are some non-financial resources that may be critical to launch business venture:
a) Affordable office space:
Yes, there is enough affordable space for office.
b) Lab space, manufacturing space, or space to launch a service business:
Yes, Main office partition could be easily done to obtain a Lab- Space for Designer & Developer.
c) Availability of Service providers:
Yes, There exists the Technologies needed to develop students are already member of that engines,
like (Google Firebase, Internet providers but still Banking concerns have to be focused Yet.
d) Key management employees (now and in the future):
Yes, Have contacted all the necessary employees needed specially Saudi Arabia.
e) Key support personnel (now and in the future):
This will be done on the as business expanded.
f) Ability to obtain intellectual property protection:
Not focused yet! Have to be taken in consent and is hard one.
g) Ability to form favorable business partnerships by Saudi Sponsors.
Yes, there exist enough mutual relation for that.

5.2. Financial Performance of Similar Business:

In daily life ,almost each and every person used to silent cell manually.but this application will
providing ease to just set the timings one time and cell goes to silent mode automatically on that
time.Also this giving location feature,like if you forgot to meet a person that called you on a certain
location,then the notification on your cell reminds you about that meeting.As alreay said,all are using
this but manually,so it will attract an adequatr portion of market.This app is majorly for Business
persons,students,Pilgrims.Finaly it will be good for us.Revenue will be generated by this app.

5.3. Overall Financial Attractiveness of the Proposed Venture:

Playstore services cost 2600/Rs. ,Banking network 300/Rs.,Google services cost intially no cost,But
after certain time period.We will be charged an estimation of 1000/Rs. Per month. Advertisment
cost(Inlcuding Facebook) 1000/Rs. And Youtube 500/Rs. Per month. Admob services will be freely
available to us by FireBase.
If this business does not run successfully.then we can exit without any major loss because mostly
services that we used are free of cost at initially.
