I opened my eyes, I felt a little confused, a little dizzy, and I
did not quite understand what was happening. I just know I
heard an explosion, the floor was moving, I went down to the
basement and that's all I remember.
Everything is silent, I look out the window and I can only see
the chaos that is outside, I went out into the street and I do
not hear cars, I walk through the streets and I only see things
destroyed, the streets broken, cars thrown, but I still do not
see no person, I'm starting to feel lonely, I'm starting to lose
my temper. I hear a noise among some debris and I wanted
to go and see, hoping that it was someone else, I ran to the
rubble and could see that it was just a small dog, I took it out
of its confinement, I looked into his eyes and at that moment
I understood that would be my only company.
I kept walking with the dog, I called him Coby.
We went to the main street of the city, the night began to fall
and the street lights were on, I decided to go home, I needed
answers to understand what was going on.
When I got home, I checked if I had food to survive and what
I found was enough for a few days, I created a bed for Coby,
I went to my room and I lay down in bed, I went to rest with
the illusion of that when I wake up everything would be as

before and that all this is just a nightmare, a very bad
nightmare or at least if I could go back to the past,
I would know the moment when all this happened and if I
could prevent this terrible tragedy.
The next day, I went out with Coby determined to find another
human being, I refused to believe that I was the only man on
earth. We walked for several hours without finding anything,
on the way had collected some food to survive. We got home,
we sat down to rest and eat something.
Suddenly I heard a noise at the door, I thought I was
hallucinating again from the anxiety of seeing someone else,
then I continued eating and this time I heard perfectly when
they knocked on my door, Coby began to bark, I got up and
walked towards her, I looked out the window, it was a light, I
opened the door the dog barked like crazy and I could not
believe what I saw, it was huge, something inexplicable, what
could be called a ship special, and there they were, the
Martians.
The large block of Mars had landed on the ground. Everything
was very different from his planet, great oceans of water
surrounded the planet, and great humid forests harbored
millions of species.

Everything different from the world I was before, I do not know
at what point the disenchantment of moments ago was
becoming so different.
The Martians were very curious, everything was very strange.
Enormous corpses of dinosaurs made a sublime labyrinth,
and the vegetation seemed to have a life of its own. . . Mars
stayed on the ground for 15 years, then left to expand on
another side. Leaving a part of his people living on land.
As the last ship drew away, the Martians who occupied it
looked at the huge pyramids they had made in the desert and
the portraits of the Martian leaders on a lonely island, where
to this day, huge Martian head-shaped stones rest.
But above all they looked upon his people, a race that from
their perspective would survive centuries, growing and
growing. The DNA of two different planets, fused for planet
earth and planet Mars. His form was curiously rare, his
clothing was unique, and clearly his food was very different.
Since that tragic disaster of the planet Earth, I am find myself
on this planet, proud that at less I am not alone, maybe it is
the only human being but I am glad not to be the only one
who inhabits this place.
