Rationale/Reflection of previous practice: During last semester my MCT commented on my teaching, she
asked me to work on two different areas. The First area of development was behavior management
because I was only focusing on the misbehavior students and I didnt give the rest of the class the same
attention. When my MCT told me this I would improve this for the next teaching practice.
The second area of development that I have to work on is closing the lesson because in my last TP
observation I didnt close the lesson or review the lesson in the end of the class also, my MCT tell me at
the end of the class I have to show the students each other work and discuss about it because what I did
last semester I only hang the children so, for the next time I will work on how to close the lesson.
