1. The document analyzes statistics on the ages of 30 students, including measures of central tendency (mean, median, mode), variability (standard deviation, range), and distribution shape (skewness, kurtosis). 2. The median and mode ages are both 21, while the mean age is 22.1, indicating a symmetrical distribution. Most students' ages fall between 21 and 23.25 years. 3. A frequency table shows the number of students in each age category, with the largest group (10 students) being 21 years old. The histogram of ages resembles a normal distribution curve.

Maximum 25.00
Percentiles 25 21.0000
50 22.0000
75 23.2500

Valid with 30 means that 30 students have answered the question about their age and there was
not any student who did not answered that question so that’s why missing value is zero.

Percentiles

The center of the distribution can be approximated by the median (or second quartile) 22, and
half of the data values fall between 21 and 23.25, the first and third quartiles.

Maximum & Minimum

Also, the most extreme values are 20 and 25, the minimum and maximum

Mean & Median

mean and median have very close value that’s suggesting the distribution is symmetrical
Skewness

Value of 0.533 means that the distribution is moderately skewed and data is not highly
positively or negatively skewed.

Kurtosis

A distribution is -0.911 which is less than zero so shape is called platykurtic. Compared to a
normal distribution, its central peak is lower and broader, and its tails are shorter and thinner.as
you can see it in histogram.

Mode

Mode is 21 which that most of the students are age of 21 which very close to its median and
mean.

Standard deviation

Standard deviation from mean is 1.6344 which is very smaller and it tells that how much
distribution deviates from the mean.

Range

Range is 5 which is (25-20)

25.00 4 13.3 13.3 100.0
Total 30 100.0 100.0

The frequency table shows the precise frequencies for each category

1 first frequencies shows that there are 4 students in the class who are age of 20 which is
13.3% of the whole class and there is not any students missing answering this question
so its valid percentage is also 13.3 with cumulative frequency of 13.3
2 there are 10 students out of 30 with age of 20 which is the 33.3% that is very high it
means large number of students are age of 21.and its valid percentage is 33.3 and having
46.7% cumulative frequency.
3 student with the age of 22 are 5 and they are 16.7% of the whole class with the valid
percent age of 16.7 and its cumulative percent is 63.3
4 four students are at the age of 23 out of 30 students in class which is 13.3% rest of the
class and its cumulative percent is 76.7
5 only 3 students out of 30 are 24 years old. Which is only 10% of rest of the class with the
cumulative percent of 86.7
6 Four student has enjoyed 25 years of age out of 30 students in the class which is low with
the percentage of 13.3 and cumulative percent of 100
With the help of this bar graph we can easily see the plurality of the students with the age of 21
It means most of the class students are age of 21.
Histogram is also much closer to normal curve
