CT Pelvis Report: Right Hip Findings

Uday Singh, age 35, was referred by Dr. B Arya for a CT scan of the pelvis on October 28, 2017. The scan showed normal bones in the pelvis except for reduced space in the right hip joint with focal subchondral sclerosis in the head of the right femur, possibly indicating early avascular necrosis or osteoarthritic changes. The left hip joint and both sacroiliac joints appeared normal with no collections. An MRI was advised for further evaluation.
