Cebu Murder Case: Xander Ford Accusation

The Assistant Provincial Prosecutor has accused Xander Ford of murdering Daniel Padilla in Cebu City, Philippines on September 17th at 10pm. According to the complaint, Ford shot Padilla twice in the back with a .45 caliber pistol despite Padilla's pleas to stop, then continued shooting him as he tried to run away, causing blood loss that led to his death.
