ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIPT

This is to acknowledge that we, X, of legal age, Filipino,


single and a resident of YY, the private complainant of Z in
Criminal Case No. AAA for Frustrated Murder and V, of legal age,
Filipino, married and a resident of BBB, also involved in the melee
that ensued between the aforementioned Z, received the amount
of Eighty Thousand Pesos (P80,000.00) as a settlement of
the Civil Aspect of the said case. We further enter into a solemn
covenant that we will not anymore push through the case against
him nor file any other civil or criminal indictment against him
stemming from the same incident and the same act.
