PROCESS HYGIENE ZONING

Outside Care/ No Care


In this area wearing of short pants, sando and slippers/sandals is not allowed. Outside
care is inside the corporation but outside the processing plants.
Basic Care
Areas such as warehouse, storage and cold storage are under basic care.
Color Code: Green
Medium Care

Hair net is a must.

Color Code: Yellow

Any area is under Medium Care if open products are involved for example production,.

High Care

Mask and hand gloves must be worn

Color Code: Red

Basic Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP)

No cigarettes
No nail polish
No make up
No false eye lashes
No jewelries
If injured dress it properly
If sick inform the clinic
