The Undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor accuses JENNA ROSE CHUA


A.K.A INSTIK defined and penalized under Section 5, Article II of R.A 9165 also known
as The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, committed as follows:

That on or about the 23rd day of July, 2017, in the City of Manila, Philippines, and
within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, did, then and
there, willfully, unlawfully and feloniously sell and/or deliver to a poseur buyer six (2) two
see-through medium size plastic with a crystalline-like substance weighing FIFTY TWO
GRAMS (52) which is a dangerous drug, without authority whatsoever.
