LP1 0.2 0.2*6=1.2 1.2/0.2=6


LP2 0.2+0.1=0.3 (0.2*6)+(0.1*5)=1.7 1.7/0.3=5.7
LP3 0.2+0.1+0.15=0.45 (0.2*6)+(0.1*5)+(0.15*8)=2.9 2.9/0.45=6.4

SAIFI = Total Number of Customer Interruptions/ Total Number of customers


= i Ni / Ni

=((0.2*200)+(0.3*150)+(0.45*100))/(200+150+100) = 0.289 interruptions per customer per year

SAIDI = Sum of customer Interruption duration/total number of customers


= Ui Ni / Ni
= ((1.2*200)+(1.7*150)+(2.9*100)) / (200+150+100)

= 1.74 hours/customer
