We acknowledge the receipt of your letter requesting for a copy of the


Foreshore Lease Application in the name of Charlene Tioson Uy with FLA No.
054111 587 located in Brgy. Espinosa, Masbate City.

However, per record of this office it appears that RED CLAIM NO. 983 and CENRO
CLAIM NO. 0073 2002 reflects your name as a legitimate applicant over an area
of 4266 sq. m. under FLA No.05411-510 and declaring also a legitimate applicant
certain Ruby V. Cristobal over an area of 2, 080 under FLA No. 054111-536 which is
actually the one beside the area you are occupying.

With this, we recommend that you request for a verification survey over the said
Foreshores Lease Applications.
