This is to introduce to you Audrin Agapito G. De Asis, a 2nd year student taking up Juris
Doctor (formerly Bachelor of Laws) at the San Sebastian College-Recoletos, Manila. One of the
requirements of the course is a Summer Apprenticeship for 120 hours to be undertaken by the
student in accredited institutions/ companies/ government agencies preferably in areas utilizing
the application of laws and rules of procedure.

In line with this, I respectfully recommend the abovementioned student for training in
your company. Should you consider this recommendation, we would like to request for an
Acceptance Letter. We will be furnishing you a copy of the Evaluation Sheet to be submitted upon
the completion of the practicum hours. Also, we shall be requesting an original copy of the
Certification of Completion, to be submitted with the Evaluation Sheet.
