Safety Guidelines for Equipment Installation

When performing hazardous work or entering potentially hazardous area wear

protective equipment, such as safety belt / head or eye protection.

Smoking or open flame are prohibited on operation area.

Properly remove and dispose of all unused hazardous materials.

Comply with hazardous material documentation and reporting requirement.

After using power tool or any other equipment, they must be cleaned and put in
storage on daily basis.

Keep all tool within designated work area.

When cutting any kind of material safety glasses must be used .

When handling conducting cable, the cable ends must be taped & insulated.

All accidents on-site must be reported to appropriate personal immediately.

Common Rule for Equipment Grounding

Yellow-Green color grounding cable.

Should be laid with shortest length.
Thimbles must be as per cable size.
Use proper crimping tool to crimp the thimble.
Grounding resistance less than 10 ohm.
Ground connections must be securely tighten.
No multiple connections with single point / thimble.
In case there is no point available for the grounding, it
should be informed to the TP implementation team.
Grounding of surge arrestors.

Antenna Mounting

Use enough man power for lifting

and installation of antenna.
Use rope and pulley for antenna
installation.

Take extra care while lifting the big

size antenna (1.8m) or lifting the
antenna to high points.

Hold the antenna using Rope from

down side during the lifting so that
antenna do not touch the tower by the
wind.

Use proper PPE (Personal Protective

Equipment) when lifting the antenna.
