SUBJECT : After Activity Report re: TWG Conference on the Creation of


PS 13,14, &15

1. References:
a. Approved conference notice from this office dated June 28, 2017 with
subject: TWG Conference re: creation of PS 13, 14, &15; and
b. PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030.

2. In connection with the above references, please be informed that this office
led by PSINSP ROSEMARIE D GUEVARRA, Chief, DPSMU facilitated a meeting
convening all TWG members on the creation of PS 13, 14, &15 and DPSMU personnel
for the presentation of the updates re: Creation of PS13, 14 and 15 held on June 30,
2017 around 1:00 PM at the QCPD Conference Room, Camp Karingal, Sikatuna
Village, Quezon City.

3. The event was presided by PSSUPT RONALDO GENARO T YLAGAN


CDDS/TWG member re: Proposed Activation of PS 13, 14, and 15. The event was also
attended by PSSUPT BARTOLOME R BUSTAMANTE, DDDO together with PSUPT
LUIS MARIA T PASCUAL SDS/Vice-Chairman TWG and 29 others.

4. The following were the highlights of the meeting:

a. The event started with an invocation which immediately followed by


declaration of quorum and was called to order by SDS, after which, the
latter reminded all the Directorial Staff to take note of the following section
on the proposed resolution. District Personnel and Human Resource
Development Division (DPHRDD) which already had an existing
dashboard focused on Crime Solution objective however, not included in
every Operations Review shall now be included in every Operations
Review.
