Sessions SF-86

The U.S. Department of Justice filed a notice of filing with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia stating that while FOIA exemptions applied to Section 20.B6 of Attorney General Sessions' SF-86 form, the DOJ decided to discretionarily release the record to the plaintiff. The DOJ attorney signed the notice and certified that the plaintiff was served on July 13, 2017.
