* Service Tax as per rule will be charged in addition to above charges.
Note: 1. There are concessional fee charges for wards of MTNL/BSNL/DOT working employees. Please contact
ITTM for the same.
2. Rebate in training charges are offered in case students are deputed in groups by the institute. Rebate @ 10 %
if minimum 25 candidates are registered in group by the Institute and 20 % if minimum 50 candidates are
registered in group by the Institute.
2. Enclosures to be submitted along with the Registration form:-
a) Passport Size Photographs-3 Nos.
b) Training Charges-DD/Cash receipt.
(DD should be in favor of MTNL, DELHI. Cash may be deposited with Sanchar Haat NCR, Ground Floor,
ITTM, Shadipur).
c) Sponsorship letter/ Copy of Identity Card from the college/Institution.
d) In case of Ward of MTNL/ BSNL/DOT Working Employee - Attested photocopies of the Identity Card of the
Employee and 10th class passing certificate of the candidate in addition to above documents.
3. How to Apply:
a) Duly filled Registration Form (in triplicate) to be submitted at Sanchar Haat NCR, Ground Floor, ITTM,
Shadipur (between 10.15A.M. to 04.00 P.M.)
b) Training charges in cash/DD to be deposited after verification of the registration form at Sanchar Haat
NCR, Ground Floor, ITTM, Shadipur between 10.15A.M. To 4.00P.M.
(Lunch hours: 1.30P.M. to 2.00P.M.)
c) Training Charges once paid is not transferable.
Note:
It is clarified further that MTNL by way of accepting such requests of training does not bear any responsibility for
any further employment of the student or of any kind of financial commitments.
The students are supposed to adhere to the rule regulations of MTNL strictly and abide by the safety measures
practiced in MTNL, failing which MTNL is fully at liberty to discontinue the training at any stage even before the
completion of the stipulated period without any reason. For this MTNL is not liable to be held responsible in any
manner at any cost.
