I am respectfully returning to your good office the attached subpoena. Said subpoena cannot be duly
served to ICT Security and Investigation Agency, Inc. for the following reasons:

1. The aforesaid subpoena was served at #10 Bldg. A Presidents Avenue, BF


Homes, Paraaque City and is the office address of ICT Security and
Investigation Agency, Inc. and not of Eastern Art Craft, Inc. and

2. Mr. Aldwin Gapo Ballecera and Mr. Baldomero Valiesera are not employees
and/or personnel of ICT Security and Investigation Agency, Inc.
